TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions for memberships and services at Fitter Future Gym.

1. Identity
Fitter Future Gym is located at Witteweg 53, 1431GZ Aalsmeer, the Netherlands. Email: info@fitterfuture.nl. Chamber of Commerce number: available on request via info@fitterfuture.nl.
2. Membership
A membership at Fitter Future Gym is personal and non-transferable. The membership grants access to the agreed classes or services as described at registration. There are no sign-up fees.
3. Payments
Membership fees are collected monthly in advance via direct debit. In the event of late payment, Fitter Future Gym reserves the right to temporarily deny access to the facilities until payment has been received.
4. Cancellation
Memberships are entered into for a fixed contract period. Cancellation is possible after the end of the contract period with one calendar month's notice. Cancellation must be made in writing via info@fitterfuture.nl. Fees for the current period will not be refunded.
5. Health and liability
Participation in training sessions and classes at Fitter Future Gym is at the member's own risk. The member declares to be in good health and to have no medical objections to intensive physical exercise. Fitter Future Gym is not liable for injury or damage resulting from participation in training, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
6. House rules
Members must adhere to the house rules of Fitter Future Gym. In the event of a violation of the house rules, Fitter Future Gym reserves the right to terminate the membership with immediate effect, without refund of paid fees.
7. Changes
Fitter Future Gym reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated at least one month in advance via email or via the website.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Fitter Future Gym. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Amsterdam district.
