1. Who are we?
Fitter Future Gym is located at Witteweg 53, 1431GZ Aalsmeer, the Netherlands. We are responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy policy. Questions? Email us at info@fitterfuture.nl.
2. What data do we collect?
Via the contact form on our website, we process the following data: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. This data is used solely to answer your enquiry or schedule a trial class.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data based on your consent (completing and submitting the contact form) and on the basis of a legitimate interest (being able to answer questions about our services).
4. Retention period
Contact messages are not retained longer than necessary to answer your enquiry, and for a maximum of 12 months. Member data is retained for as long as the membership is active and up to 2 years after termination.
5. Sharing data
We do not sell your data to third parties. Your contact messages are processed via Resend (email service). Payments are processed by external payment providers that comply with applicable privacy legislation.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion and portability of your personal data. You can also object to processing. Send an email to info@fitterfuture.nl. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, theft and unauthorised access.
8. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data? You can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
