Absolutely. Our classes are for all levels. Beginners are guided from day one by experienced trainers who explain technique step by step.
What should I bring to class?
Sportswear, a towel and water. Gloves and shin guards can be borrowed for your first sessions.
What is the minimum age for kickboxing?
Youth kickboxing starts at age 10. Adult classes are for ages 16 and up.
