What is the 12 Week FIT Challenge?
The 12 Week FIT Challenge is our most intensive programme. No occasional sessions, no random visits. Twelve weeks of structured training and nutrition guidance, with a clear goal.
FIT stands for Frequency, Intensity and Time. The three variables that determine whether you get results. We optimise all three, progressively and safely, under the guidance of your personal coach.
The challenge is open to everyone, from beginner to advanced. The programme is always tailored to your current level and goals.

- Initial measurement (week 1), mid-point measurement (week 6), final measurement (week 12)

The 12 Weeks, Week by Week
Start & Intake
Intake conversation, initial measurements (weight, circumferences, body fat, photos) and discussion of your goals. You receive your first training schedule and nutrition plan.
Building up
We gradually build up training volume and intensity. You get used to the rhythm and start feeling progress.
Intensification
It gets more serious. Higher intensity, more focus on technique and the nutrition plan is refined based on first results. Mid-point measurement in week 6.
Breakthrough
The hardest phase. This is where the real changes happen. Mental strength is tested. Your trainer is right there with you.
Final Sprint
The last push. You can see the finish line. Final measurement in week 12, comparison with your initial measurement and a celebration of your results.
